Personal Philosophy
QUALITY
Whatever you do in life one thing is true, the dedication you put into your work will directly correspond with the outcome. This applies to ever facet in life, the gym, relationship, and art. As an artist, quality is the most important factor. Anything below a level that I would be inspired by is not acceptable, and with this philosophy comes true gold.
ADVENTURE
To experience the world is what gives me ideas for my characters whether on page or stage. Everyone should go out and do something new, it can be small such as the florist down the road or surfing a new break, just get out and find the stories that are all around us. I want to live a life that makes me look back and smile, for I know I never felt like i didn't have a sense of adventure. To travel is to see the world in a different lens, and with it different perspectives on life.
INTEGRITY
An honest man is most just. This idea that honesty and accepting mistakes is pivotal in my mental philosophy. To show your eyes for the color they are, and to lay out all the cards on the table. I am an open person who values respect. To have integrity is a seminal factor in all the work I do. If I am honest with myself, then it just makes the art pour like sweet honey.
